After repeated injections into the hens, immune eggs were collected, and the IgY fractions were purified from the yolks. These IgY fractions are diluted 1:10 with 1% bovine serum albumin (to reduce absorption) in phosphate-buffered isotonic saline solution (PBS) with 0.02% sodium azide (as a preservative).
