Immunogen: Recombinant α-tubulin protein from bacteria Specificity: Recognize α-tubulin from Human, Mouse, Tetrahymena, dictyostelium, Saccharomyces. Tested Applications: WB and IF Application Notes: Western blot at dilution of 1:1000 and Immunofluorescence staining at 1:100 dilutions. It is very useful as a loading control for quantitive western blotting. The antibody reconizes a 50kDa band in a Western Blot analysis. Raised In: Mouse
