Specificity: Designed to detect RFP, turbo-red (from sea anemone) and its variants in ELISA (sandwich or capture), immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry. Tested Applications: WB, IHC and IP. Application Notes: Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by investigators. Prepare working dilution immediately before use. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows. Western Blot: 1:1,000; Immunoprecipitation: 5 µg/mg lysate; Histo/Cytochemistry: 1:200.
