Tested Applications: IF Application Notes: For the detection of ubiquitinated inclusions seen in human neurodegenerative diseases such as the neurofibrillary tangles of Alzheimer's disease. Dilution 1:500 for this purpose, using ABC or other enzymatic amplification procedures. Immunofluorescence 1:250.
